NEW YORK - A New York federal magistrate judge has ordered Granite State Insurance Co. to produce consultants' studies relating to the adequacy of its reserves for asbestos exposures in a $44 million reinsurance dispute with Clearwater Insurance Co. Granite State Insurance Co. v. Clearwater Insurance Co., No. 09-10607 (S.D. N.Y.).
