Judge Confirms $4 Million Award, Finds No Evident Partiality

DETROIT - A Michigan federal judge has confirmed a $4 million arbitration award issued in favor of OWN Capital LLC, ruling that the respondent waived its objection to the arbitrator selection process by failing to voice its objections during the arbitration and by refusing to participate in the arbitration proceedings.
