SCRANTON, Pa. - A Pennsylvania federal judge has denied a motion to vacate an arbitration award issued in a construction dispute, ruling that the record contains sufficient evidence to support the arbitrators' decision. Turkey Run Properties L.P. v. Air Structures Worldwide Ltd., No. 4:09-0217 (M.D. Pa.).
On June 22, Judge William W. Caldwell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania further ruled that the arbitrators addressed or disposed of all of the issues before it, including several breach of warranty claims.
