CHARLESTON, W. Va. - A West Virginia federal judge has granted a medical center's motion to stay the time for appeal of a judgment issued in a malpractice coverage case until its motion for attorneys' fees has been adjudicated. Executive Risk Indemnity Inc. v. Charleston Area Medical Center, et al., No. 08-00810 (S.D. W. Va.).
