Appeal Stayed Pending Motion for Attorneys' Fees

CHARLESTON, W. Va. - A West Virginia federal judge has granted a medical center's motion to stay the time for appeal of a judgment issued in a malpractice coverage case until its motion for attorneys' fees has been adjudicated.
