BOSTON - Certain Underwriters of Lloyd's, London and Equitas Insurance Ltd. have asked a Massachusetts state judge to enjoin the law firm of Sidley Austin from representing Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. in a reinsurance arbitration, asserting that such representation poses a conflict of interest.
