PHILADELPHIA - ACE Property & Casualty Insurance Co. has sued Global Reinsurance Corporation of America for more than $100,000 in reinsurance for underlying asbestos injury claims. ACE Property & Casualty Insurance Co. v. Global Reinsurance Corporation of America, No. 11-2838 (E.D. Pa.).
The complaint, originally filed in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, was removed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Pennsylvania on April 27.
