Munich Re Ordered to Supplement Interrogatory Answers, Present Witness for Testimony

TRENTON, N.J. - A federal magistrate judge has ordered Munich Reinsurance America Inc. to supplement its answers to two interrogatories made by American National Insurance Co. in a $4.3 million retrocessional treaty dispute. Munich Reinsurance America Inc. v. American National Insurance Co., No. 09-06435 (D. N.J.).

On April 18, Magistrate Judge Douglas Arpert of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey also ordered Munich Re to present a witness to testify to ANICO's 30(b)(6) notice as to three discovery topics.
