LOS ANGELES - A California federal judge has refused to reconsider his dismissal of a $1.3 million reinsurance contract dispute for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, ruling that the plaintiff failed to introduce new facts or prove that the court failed to consider all of the facts presented.
