Century Seeks Confirmation of RDR Arbitration Award

NEW YORK - Century Indemnity Co. has asked a New York federal judge to confirm arbitration awards in a dispute with certain London Market reinsurers involving reinsurance documentation requirements. Century Indemnity Co. v. Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's London, et al., No. 11-1503 (S.D. N.Y.).

The March 4 petition, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, says that none of the grounds for vacatur of the award exist in this case.
