HARTFORD, Conn. - In a newly filed suit, Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. is seeking $173,688 in contribution from a Singapore reinsurer for the defense and indemnification of asbestos claims brought against Armstrong Cork Co. and Armstrong Contracting and Supply Co. Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. v. Overseas Union Insurance Ltd. (D. Conn.).
The Feb. 8 complaint was filed against Overseas Union Insurance Ltd. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
