LOS ANGELES - A California federal judge has dismissed a $1.3 million reinsurance contract dispute for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, ruling that the plaintiff and two of the defendants are citizens of Louisiana. Health Facilities of California Mutual Insurance Company Inc. v. British American Insurance Group Ltd., et al., No. 10-3736 (C.D. Calif.).
