MIAMI - A suit that accuses two reinsurance brokers of charging excessive fees should not be dismissed because the plaintiff did not commingle separate and distinct claims in a single count, a Florida general magistrate has recommended. Instituto Nacional de Seguros v. Hemispheric Reinsurance Group L.L.C., et al., No. 10-33653 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Miami-Dade Cty.).
In a Dec. 13 report, General Magistrate Elizabeth M.
