9th Circuit Upholds Award of Fees in Dispute Over Film Completion Bond

SAN FRANCISCO - The 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has upheld an award of attorneys fees and expenses incurred by a payroll services provider in an arbitration with reinsurers, ruling that the contract at issue entitled the prevailing party to reimbursement of "reasonable attorneys fees."
