PROVIDENCE, R.I. - A suit demanding more than $535,365 in reinsurance proceeds from Clearwater Insurance Co. for underlying asbestos and pollution losses should remain in federal court because a state court would not be able to dispose of all the claims and litigating in federal court would not inconvenience the parties, a Rhode Island federal judge has ruled.
