MIAMI - A Florida federal judge has refused to dismiss a suit brought by Folksamerica Reinsurance Co. against an Ecuadorian construction company for improper service, giving the plaintiff 60 days to correct lapses in service. Folksamerica Reinsurance Co. v. Constructora Del Litoral S.A., et al., No. 10-20560 (S.D. Fla.).
Senior Judge William M. Hoeveler of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida issued the order.
