NEW YORK - Mutual Marine Office Inc. is urging a New York federal judge to compel Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. to arbitrate an $868,000 dispute arising from a series of marine liability excess of loss reinsurance agreements and appoint an arbitrator on Traveler's behalf.
