OMAHA, Neb. - A Nebraska federal judge has remanded an unpaid premium action brought by Granite Reinsurance Company Ltd. against the liquidator of American Growers Insurance Co., ruling that the liquidation court should hear the claims. Granite Reinsurance Company Ltd. v. Frohman, No. 08-410 (D. Neb.).

Judge Richard B. Kopf of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska remanded the case to the Lancaster County (Neb.) District Court on Oct. 26.
