MADISON, Wis. - A Wisconsin federal judge has refused to reconsider or amend an order in which she appointed N. David Thompson to oversee the arbitration of a reinsurance contract dispute between Employers Insurance Company of Wausau and various reinsurers. Employers Insurance Company of Wausau v. Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London, et al., No. 09-201 (W.D. Wis.).
