NEW YORK - A New York federal judge has refused to transfer a $1.33 million reinsurance dispute to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, ruling that considerations of fairness and convenience do not weigh heavily in favor of transfer. TIG Insurance Co. v. Century Indemnity Co., No. 08-7322 (S.D. N.Y.).
