DALLAS - In a suit seeking millions of dollars in premiums, a federal judge has refused to dismiss alter ego and tortuous interference with contract claims brought by a reinsurer against U.S. Auto Insurance Services Inc. and its affiliates. Lincoln General Insurance Co. v. U.S. Auto Insurance Services Inc., et al., No. 07-CV-1985 (N.D. Texas).
