Former Clifford Chance Partners Open Boutique Firm

Four reinsurance partners from Clifford Chance's New York office have left the firm to set up an arbitration boutique firm. Peter Chaffetz, David Lindsey, Charlie Scibetta and James Hosking launched Chaffetz Lindsey, which officially opened on May 5. The new firm, which also includes former Clifford Chance counsel Cecilia Moss, will focus on arbitration, reinsurance and litigation work.

Lovells has promoted reinsurance and insurance expert Sean T. Keely to partner. Mr. Keely has been with the firm's New York office since 2006.
