Mitchell Lathrop has joined Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo as a partner in the firm's insurance and reinsurance practice. Mr. Lathrop, who hails from Duane Morris, will practice in the firm's San Diego and New York offices.

Brian J. O'Sullivan has joined New York-based law firm Mayer Brown as a partner in the firm's insurance and reinsurance industry group. He was previously a partner in the insurance and reinsurance group at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
