Windstorm Association Board Asks Judge to Toss Reinsurance Dispute

JACKSON, Miss. - Former board members of a windstorm coverage association who are accused of failing to obtain adequate reinsurance have moved to dismiss the plaintiffs' claim for declaratory judgment, asserting that no ripe controversy exists.
