People: Mark A. Kreger Named Partner at Kerns & Frost

Kerns Frost & Pearlman has named Mark A. Kreger as a partner and co-head of its Chicago reinsurance practice. Mr. Kreger previously was a partner and senior member of the insurance and reinsurance practice groups of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell L.L.P.

Also at Kerns Frost & Pearlman, Marc Pearlman has been elected managing partner and will continue as head of the firm's litigation group.
