Reinsurer's Suit Against Access General Survives Dismissal

CHICAGO - An Illinois federal judge has refused to dismiss a suit brought by Swiss Reinsurance America Corp. that accuses a group of reinsurance administrators of mishandling claims in connection with two reinsurance programs.
