ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- According to an order entered Dec. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, a judge has dismissed with prejudice the claims of Donald E. Stahl as asserted against Baxter Healthcare Corp. and all other remaining defendants. Stahl v. Baxter Healthcare Corp., et al., No. 06-00865 (E.D. Mo.).

According to the plaintiffs' original complaint, filed in April 2006 in the Missouri Circuit Court for St. Charles County, Donald Stahl worked at McDonnell Douglas from 1986 to 1992, where he painted harpoons. Stahl's work at the facility exposed him to a number …
