Ill. Complaint Seeks to Hold Premises Defendant Liable for Benzene Exposure

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- A benzene plaintiff in Illinois is seeking to hold a premises defendant liable for her injuries, claiming the party "had a duty to maintain its premises in a safe manner and not allow injuries to persons lawfully upon [the] premises," according to a recently filed complaint.
