HAMILTON, Ohio -- A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a group of former AK Steel Corp. workers, who claims their employment with the company required them to work with benzene-containing products. Rush, et al. v. AK Steel Corp., et al., No. 2208 10 4749 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls. Butler Cty.).

The complaint, filed Oct. 28 in the Ohio Court of Common Pleas for Butler County, says that a variety of illnesses resulted from the exposure to benzene-containing products as well as other hydrocarbons.
