Technical Products Supports Motion to Dismiss Filed in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Technical Products Inc. has filed a reply brief supporting its motion to dismiss, saying that the plaintiffs have wrongfully focused on pleading requirements in their opposition to the motion. Watkins, et al. v. Safety-Kleen Systems Inc., et al., No. 08-224 (E.D. Ky.).

In the Sept. 25 reply filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Technical Products maintains that the facts in the complaint "make it impossible for any jury to plausibly find in Plaintiffs' favor."
