OMAHA, Neb. -- Three plaintiffs in a Nebraska benzene case have moved for leave to file a fourth amended complaint, asking to withdraw a defendant as a party in the case and seeking to identify five separate claims. Vondra, et al. v. Barton Solvents, et al., No. 07-85 (N.D. Neb.).
