LOS ANGELES -- A jury is expected to begin deliberating the merits of claims asserted by a benzene plaintiff who claims that his work with rubber solvent products led to his development of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, multiple sources confirm to HarrisMartin. Molina, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., No. BC367800 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
The Los Angeles County Superior Court jury received the case on Oct. 30, sources said.
