HOUSTON -- A benzene plaintiff has challenged a defendant's production of documents, claiming that while some documents have been produced, the defendant has not produced the full collection as requested. Brown v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 08-00413 (S.D. Texas).
In an Oct. 28 reply brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the plaintiffs maintain that Shell Oil Co. still has not complied with its requests for production.
