NHL Lawsuit in Texas Against Exxon Mobil Defendants Resolved

DALLAS -- The remaining parties involved in a Texas lawsuit alleging benzene exposure have resolved all disputes, according to an order of dismissal entered by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Morales v. Exxon Mobil Corp., et al., No. 07-0795 (N.D. Texas).

The order entered earlier this year was in response to the parties' stipulation of dismissal, filed May 30.

In the stipulation, plaintiff David John Morales and defendants Exxon Mobil Corp. and ExxonMobil Oil Corp. agreed that all the claims would be dismissed with prejudice.
