Report Deadline Modified in Tool and Die Maker Complaint

FRANKFORT, Ky. -- Deadlines for expert reports have been modified in a pending Kentucky case, in which a tool and die maker claims to have been wrongfully exposed to benzene. Quillen v. Safety-Kleen Systems Inc., No. 07-00067 (E.D. Ky.).

In the Aug. 14 order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the plaintiffs have until Nov. 1 to serve reports from retained experts, while the defendants have until Dec. 17.

When the lawsuit was filed in late 2007, it only named one defendant -- Safety-Kleen Systems Inc.
