OMAHA, Neb. -- A federal court in Nebraska has set deadlines for parties to file sophisticated user doctrine- and bulk supplier-related motions in a benzene case, according to a recent order. Vondra, et al. v. Barton Solvents, et al., No. 07-85 (N.D. Neb.).
The July 11 order from Judge Thomas D. Thalken of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska asks that all depositions or interrogatories related to potential motions for summary judgment on bulk supplier and/or sophisticated user doctrines are to be completed by Oct. 31.
