TEXARKANA, Ark. -- Two defendants in an Arkansas benzene case have filed a motion in limine, seeking to preclude mention of nearly 30 matters in the upcoming trial. Russell, et al. v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 04-4116 (W.D. Ark.).

Ashland Inc. and Union Oil Company of California (UNOCAL) recently filed the motion in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas in order to "address evidentiary issues Defendants anticipate may arise during the trial of this case."
