DALLAS -- A Pennsylvania man who claims his work as a machine operator wrongfully exposed him to benzene-containing products has filed a lawsuit in Texas district court. Morales v. Exxon Mobil Corp., et al., No. 07-0795 (N.D. Texas).

In the complaint, filed in May in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, David John Morales names two defendants he says are headquartered in Texas -- Exxon Mobil Corp. and ExxonMobil Oil Corp.

Morales alleges that his six-year employment as a machine operator with Hendricks Manufacturing Co. in Pennsylvania required him to work with Exxon 627 Solvent, which …
