BATON ROUGE, La. -- A federal court overseeing a benzene action has scheduled an oral argument to address a motion to dismiss first filed two years ago. Leger v. ExxonMobil Corp., et al., No. 06-00502 (M.D. La.).

The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana on July 17 will hear oral arguments as to whether claims asserted against Safety-Kleen should be dismissed for their failure to link any of the defendant's products to the plaintiff's injury.
