SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Three defendants in a New York benzene case have asked a state appellate court to weigh in on whether a trial court judge's order compelling the parties to answer discovery requests was proper. Soulier, et al. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. 2006/2184 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Onondaga Cty.).

Sources told HarrisMartin that the three defendants recently filed notices of appeal in response to a New York Supreme Court for Onodaga County February decision that ordered the three defendants to provide "full, complete, non-evasive answers or responses."
