TEXARKANA, Ark. -- A benzene defendant involved in Arkansas federal proceedings has listed additional reasons why the testimony of a plaintiff expert should be excluded, saying that the methodology used by the expert is flawed. Russell, et al. v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 04-4116 (W.D. Ark.).
In a May 1 joinder filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, Ashland Inc. joined in another defendant's reply backing the motion to exclude the testimony of Melvyn Kopstein, Ph.D.
