LOS ANGELES -- A California judge overseeing the benzene claims of a former printer's widow has released rulings on motions to exclude parts of the plaintiff expert witness testimony weeks before the case is scheduled to head to trial. Garcia, et al. v. Allied Diagnostic Imaging, et al., No. BC310867 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

On April 9, Judge Jane L. Johnson of the Los Angeles Superior Court entered a notice of ruling that rejected efforts to have the cumulative exposure opinion excluded in the benzene proceedings.
