Ark. Parties Dispute Relevance, Intentions of Plaintiff Expert Testimony

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Defendant Union Oil Company of California has supported its motion to exclude portions of a plaintiff expert's testimony, saying that the plaintiffs are attempting to use the expert to establish causation when he is not qualified to offer such opinions.
