TEXARKANA, Ark. -- Parties in an Arkansas benzene trial dispute the admissibility of three plaintiff experts who are set to testify that the plaintiff's work with benzene-containing rubber solvent, according to recently filed documents. Russell, et al. v. Ashland Chemical Inc., et al., No. 04-4116 (W.D. Ark.).
In a series of reply briefs filed April 16 and 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, the defendants support their motions to exclude the testimony of R. Michael Kelly, M.D., Arthur Frank, M.D., and Melvyn Kopstein, Ph.D.
