Mo. Plaintiffs Defend Validity of Breach of Warranty Claim

ST. LOUIS -- Benzene plaintiffs in Missouri are defending their second amended complaint against accusations from several defendants that it is not sufficiently pled and that its breach of warranty claims are not recognized by Missouri law.
