Remaining Parties Reach Settlement in Wash. AML Case

SEATTLE -- A lawsuit asserted by a former American Can Co. worker has been dismissed after a settlement agreement was reached between all the remaining parties, according to a recently filed court order. Pilling, et al. v. General Electric Co., et al., No. 06-1614 (W.D. Wash.).

In the April 10 order of dismissal, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington Judge Thomas S. Zilly said that the parties had notified the court of a settlement in the matter.

Judge Zilly dismissed the case with prejudice.
