BOSTON -- A New Hampshire resident has filed a lawsuit in a Massachusetts Superior Court, contending that his job duties required him to immerse his hand into a container filled with hazardous chemicals, including benzene. Gunnerson, et al. v. Houghton Chemical Corp., et al., No. 07-5483 (Mass. Super. Ct., Suffolk Cty.).
The complaint, filed March 3 in the Massachusetts Superior Court for Suffolk County, alleges that as a result of this repeated exposure, the plaintiff developed acute myeloid leukemia.
