Parties in Non-Hodgkin's Benzene Case Settle for $1.624 Million

LOS ANGELES -- More than 35 defendants named in a benzene lawsuit have reached confidential settlements totaling $1,624,000, sources told HarrisMartin. Garcia, et al. v. Allied Diagnostic Material, et al., No. BC310867 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

The claims of Veda Marie Garcia are currently scheduled for trial on April 1 in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County against the remaining defendants.
