3rd-Party Defendant Seeks Amended Scheduling Order in N.C. Case

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- ExxonMobil Chemical, who was recently named as a third-party defendant in a North Carolina benzene action, has sought an amended scheduling order in the proceedings, saying that many deadlines for exchanging expert witness reports have expired.
