WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- ExxonMobil Chemical, who was recently named as a third-party defendant in a North Carolina benzene action, has sought an amended scheduling order in the proceedings, saying that many deadlines for exchanging expert witness reports have expired. Stromberg, et al. v. Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., et al. v. ExxonMobil Chemical, et al., No. 07-332 (M.D. N.C.).
