CLEVELAND -- A railroad mechanic and sheet metal worker has filed an amended complaint, adding more manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and merchants of benzene-containing products. Christopher v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 07-03351 (N.D. Ohio).
The amended complaint, filed in the U.S. District for the Northern District of Ohio does not name the defendants, only designating them as Does 1-100.
A case management conference will be held on March 5, according to a Jan. 15 docket entry.
