BOSTON -- A benzene defendant has sought to have the claims asserted against it dismissed, saying that general allegations of products, but no specific product identification, have resulted in an unsupported lawsuit. Milward, et al. v. Acuity Specialty Products, et al., No. 07-11944 (D. Mass.).
In the Jan. 28 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, defendant Bostik says that the negligence claims asserted against them are not supported by the pleading in the complaint.
